Hello! I’m Tony, the Founder and CEO of BLTN Collective Real Estate. I began acquiring, renovating, and reselling homes in The Hampton Roads and Richmond area in 2020. Born and raised in Newport News, my work is rooted in the same communities that have shaped me.

What began as simple fix-and-flip projects has since grown into a broader mission; creating homeownership opportunities for communities that are often overlooked, underserved, and historically marginalized.

Today, I am expanding into new construction builds with the intention of creating homes that foster ownership, long-term stability, and generational wealth. I believe it is Better Late Than Never to become a homeowner and I am committed to providing the opportunity to members of my community.
